Strategic Decision Architect. Behavioral Economist. Financial Leader.

My fascination with how leaders make decisions under uncertainty has shaped my academic path and professional career. For more than 18 years, I have operated at the intersection of strategy, behavioral economics, and corporate finance—as a CFO, investor, strategic advisor, and researcher.

I have held leadership roles across a wide range of industries and organizational settings:

  • CFO, CSO, COO in technology-driven companies

  • Head of Corporate Strategy & M&A in international retail corporations

  • Investment Director in private equity

  • Strategy Consultant and Senior Manager Corporate Strategy in leading global corporations

Across all these roles, one insight has remained constant: the quality of strategic decisions determines the long-term trajectory of any organization — especially under uncertainty.

This insight led me to develop the Adaptive Strategy Method™, a structured decision model that integrates cognitive, organizational, and financial dimensions to turn uncertainty into strategic capability.

Research and Teaching.

In addition to my roles as an investor and strategic advisor, I pursue my passion for research as a Visiting Research Fellow at Harvard University in the field of strategic decision-making in capital markets.

Previously, I completed my post-doctoral studies at the University of Oxford, where I developed financial models for quantifying sustainability strategies. Before that, during my doctoral studies at the University of Heidelberg and Harvard University, I investigated the strategic and financial decision-making behavior of executives, investment banks, and investors in the context of mergers and acquisitions.

Further, I teach courses in Bachelor, Master, and Executive MBA programs, including "Strategy Development and Implementation" and "Mergers & Acquisitions."

Additionally, I am passionate about mentoring and guiding exceptionally talented and intellectually curious young scholars at the high school and bachelor level in dedicated programs (Cambridge Centre for International Research), fostering their early exploration of academic research and entrepreneurship.

My Approach.

I combine academic depth, executive leadership experience, and strategic precision with one mission:

To empower leadership teams to make better decisions when it matters most.
